HOW TO GET STARTED
- Send an email to [email protected].
Subject: Member Sign-In Invite Request
Include: First/Last Name, Operation Name, Member #, and an email address, if the AAA does not already have it on file.
2. An email invite with a link will be sent to the email on file at AAA
3. Click on the link in the email. Use your Member # for your Username and set up your password
4. Go to “Member Login” on the AAA site and sign in.
Desktop: “Member Login” is on the upper right hand corner of the website.
Cell Phone: “Member Login: is located under “Members” in the upper right hand corner menu.
HOW TO REGISTER & TRANSFER
Go to Actions in the menu bar, select “Register Calf” or “Transfer Animal”, and complete the form.
∎ You must pay for the registration or transfer before the process is completed. Go to Transactions in the menu bar. Select “Pending Transaction” and complete the checkout process.

The BLUE HELP Button is in the upper left corner will answer most all your questions. If you still need help a list of volunteer members will be provided next week to answer any questions. Please respect their time and use the help section before calling them.
NOTE:
Fullblood DNA MUST be sent to the registry with the DNA form before cattle can be registered online.
If you have fullblood parent-verified cattle and need to complete the registration process. You can now complete it online. Upgrade the registration with the number you were provided on the DNA report.
