President – Rece Nickell
Rece Nickell is from Maud, OK and founder of his cattle breeding operation 5 Cent Beef Co. Rece has been showing and raising Aberdeen cattle since 2020. This year marks Rece’s second term on the junior board now serving as American Junior Aberdeen President. Outside raising and showing American Aberdeen cattle, Rece is also involved in his FFA chapter where he judges on their Environmental Resources team.
Rece’s goal for the coming year is to grow the breed and bring more people together.
Vice President – Aubrey Prince
Aubrey Prince is from Roswell, NM and is a co-owner of J.A.C.K. Livestock Company. Aubrey has been raising and showing American Aberdeen cattle for 6 years. This year Aubrey will be Aubrey’s second year as a Junior Board Director and will be serving as the American Junior Aberdeen Association Vice President. In addition to showing American Aberdeen cattle, Aubrey also shows goats. She participates in 4-H and FFA and is the President for her FFA Chapter. She is a member of her FFA Chapter’s Pasture and Range and Vet Science Team.
Aubrey’s goal for this upcoming year is to find activities that will be interesting across all age groups and will encourage the age groups to learn from each other.
Secretary – Caleb Weyh
Caleb Weyh is from Summit, South Dakota and helps on his family’s operation, NXS Cattle. Caleb has been showing American Aberdeen cattle for 11 years and has been raising them for 14 years. Caleb will be serving as the American Aberdeen Junior Board Secretary this up coming year. Outside of showing American Aberdeen cattle, Saleb attends South Dakota State University and also participates in 4-H, livestock judging, and helps youth with other livestock species, as well as helping coaching a local junior livestock judging team.
Caleb’s goal for the year is to try to help get everyone involved and excited about the American Aberdeen breed.
Director – Sierra Skor
Sierra Skor is from Williston, North Dakota, and helps run 4 Skors Ranch. Sierra has been showing Aberdeen cattle since she was four years old. When she isn’t showing or working cattle, she participates in varsity volleyball, varsity cheer, FFA, BPA, student council, pep club, B club, and National Honors Society. She is also extremely active in 4-H, and Sierra is the president of her club, the Prairie Partners. In 4-H, she shows off her Aberdeen cattle and the many other breeds she enjoys showing.

Queen – Abbey Torbert
Queen Abbey Torbert from Laramie, Wyoming is the daughter of Jeff and Sarah Torbert. Abbey is an active member of the Mavericks 4-H Club in Albany County and the Rock Creek FFA Chapter. On her family farm, Torbert Livestock, Abbey and her sister Adelle are involved with showing and raising pigs, sheep, and American Aberdeen Cattle. Abbey enjoys showing cattle and meeting new people through the Junior Aberdeen Association. She is always looking to recruit new members to the organization. Abbey is also a three sport athlete and active in her church. Abbey would like to thank the Hoffman Family for giving her the opportunity to be part of this organization. She is looking forward to Junior Nationals in Dodge City and hopes that all of you will join her.
Princess – Colley Hill
Colley Hill, age 11, from Sedalia, Kentucky, is the daughter of Chris and Alison Hill and has two brothers, Ripley and Mac. Since 2020, she has bred and shown American Aberdeen cattle. She is actively involved in 4H, competitive archery, soccer, local community theater, her church, and homeschool social groups.
As the American Aberdeen Princess, Colley proudly represents the American Aberdeen breed, using her love for agriculture and commitment to animals to inspire others in her community, as well as promote the American Aberdeen breed. Through her leadership in 4H, livestock showing, and other interests, Colley strives to make a positive impact on her peers and the community around her..
