New AAA Office Updates

Hello Aberdeen Members!

We have been hard at work getting the registry up, running and data fully moved over. Active members need to submit a request for login credentials to the new registry. See below for instructions. 

Requesting Login Credentials

1. Send a new email to [email protected]

2. Provide membership number and/or farm name

We will verify your membership status & contact information and provide your first time login credentials. Included will also be password change instructions and a user guide. Someone will set and send your login credentials within 24 hours. 

As with all new transfers, finding errors or programming issues is common. Please report any discrepancies or issues you find via email or call so we can quickly address them. The registry is a live system, so you will get real time registration numbers and transfer confirmation. 

Office Procedures & Billing

Processing Schedule: 

DNA Orders: orders are placed and overnighted to Neogen 3x/week

Registry Work: printed and mailed from AAA office 2x/week

Invoicing: invoices will be sent from Quickboox every other week to member inboxes and statements mailed at the end of each month for outstanding balances.
