AAA Office Changes Update

AAA Members,
We are looking forward to completing the ongoing transition to our office in Kearney, MO
here at Beef Center. We know it has been a long road, but I’m happy to report we are just about
to the end. Transitions are always a bit time consuming and tricky to navigate. Thank you to all
the members for patience during the last few months!
On Thursday, March 27 we will do the final transfer of data from the current American
Aberdeen Association data base to the new system at the Beef Center. We will be unable to
process any registrations or transfers after this transfer of data until our new system is up and
running. We expect to be up and running by the first or second weekend of April. At this time,
members can reach out to obtain new login credentials, a user guide, and any additional
information needed. We will keep you up to date over the coming weeks as we progress. We
will also do our best to keep down time to a minimum.

Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30
Call ahead before visiting, as sometimes we are remote for meetings & events!
DNA samples can be sent to our Kearney, MO office. Our online forms have been
updated to reflect the new address. Any mail sent to the Wyoming office will be forwarded to
the Missouri office.
